Arrive with clean brows and lashes, free of makeup or oils
Avoid waterproof mascara or heavy products beforehand
Remove contact lenses before lash services if possible
After Your Appointment

Avoid heat (saunas, hot showers, intense workouts) for 24 hours
Avoid active products like retinol or exfoliants for several days
Keep skin hydrated and protected with SPF
